To find out more visit our website at www.msssecurity.com.au.\nAbout the role:\nThe purpose of the Service Delivery Coordinator is to coordinate the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service to customers, the most cost effective and efficient way, and maximises our profitability. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This role is a Permanent Part-time Relieving role to cover sick leave and annual leave.\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nRostering and Scheduling Management: Call centre type duties overseeing the rostering of employees to ensure effective coverage, adherence to fatigue guidelines, and compliance with client-specific requirements. Maintain live rostering in system and update as necessary.\n\nClient / Employee Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding rostering issues and service bookings. Communicate efficiently with employees regarding their rosters, handle all employee queries as well as monitoring employee welfare.\n\nService and Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure service levels are met, addressing and resolving any issues or non-conformances that may affect service quality.
