To find out more visit our website at www.msssecurity.com.au.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead to oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.\nThis leadership role will focus on driving recruitment performance, supporting and developing a team of recruiters, and building strong relationships with operational stakeholders to ensure workforce requirements are met. You will not just oversee recruitment but be able to jump in and actively assist the team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and support a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.\nOversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.\nMonitor recruitment KPIs, vacancies, pipelines and hiring outcomes.\nPartner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and priorities.\nDevelop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.\nDrive recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and new contract transitions.\nEnsure recruitment processes, compliance and Workday records are maintained accurately.\nProvide regular recruitment updates and performance reporting to stakeholders\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.\nAbout You\nPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition leadership or a senior Talent Acquisition role\nStrong background in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.\nProven ability to lead and develop recruitment teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience managing recruitment KPIs and performance reporting.\nStrong organisational skills with a
