We also provide personal and professional development opportunities for seafarers with the Marine Society. Working with our staff, cadets, and volunteers, we have built a vision and five-year strategy to take us forward and further improve the astounding contribution already made through our work to the lives of thousands of young people and seafarers, while fully supporting our volunteers who are vital to our success.\nThis role might suit\nSomeone looking to gain great work experience and build up their CV.\nSomeone who is keen to learn and take advantage of training opportunities.\nSomeone who has an interest in marketing or training.\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for a people-focused Learning Team Coordinator to take ownership of promoting some of our training activities and supporting senior volunteers.\nManage inboxes and help manage our team of national volunteers. \nCreate new activities and learning resources.\nWrite and post social media posts advertising courses.\nSend out certificates to cadets.\nKeep sections of a website up to date\nRequirements\nGood customer service skills and who likes helping people \nPrior knowledge of Sea Cadets or similar organisation, either as a cadet or volunteer.
