Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum delivery, academic standards, and learner performance in line with Pearson Edexcel requirements.
- Supervise Heads of Department and teachers; oversee lesson observations, appraisals, coaching, and professional development.
- Ensure student welfare, safeguarding, positive behavior, and compliance with school policies.
- Coordinate examinations, academic reporting, school calendars, timetables, and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee co-curricular programmes, educational visits, risk assessments, and parent engagement.
- Teach Mathematics and Science at Key Stage 2 and report to the Senior Principal.
