Join our international team as an Automotive Technical Help Desk Engineer and support technicians and repairers across Europe in solving complex vehicle concerns. What You'll Do
- Provide technical assistance and diagnostic guidance to authorized repairers and independent workshops.
- Support the investigation of complex vehicle concerns and root cause analysis.
- Assist technicians throughout the repair process.
- Document technical cases and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate field support activities when required.
- Collaborate with engineers, technical teams and dealership personnel.
- Escalate cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies through ongoing training.

We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support or dealership workshop environments.
- Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of EV and Hybrid vehicles is highly desirable.
- Technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
