Your responsibilities will include:\nAct as the primary point of contact for dealers and their sales teams, supporting network growth and trade programme development.\nTake ownership and delivery of marketing initiatives. Identify and deliver promotional and in-market sales activity.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and dealer partners to drive engagement and business growth.\nSupport dealerships in managing and developing their trade customer base through effective guidance and programme support.\nAnalyse programme performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and customer engagement.\nConduct market and competitor analysis to identify potential, ensure programme competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.\nPerform pricing analysis of trade parts and provide insight and recommendations to optimise sales performance.\nDevelop and deliver KPI reporting, working with both internal and external stakeholders to measure programme success.\nRegularly visit the assigned Trade Programme market to grow the relationship with dealers and assist in launches.\nOnboard dealers and promote the programme’s general concepts.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and support to Sales Development Manager operating within the assigned market.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent communication, analytical skills and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of dealership related experience and have an in-depth knowledge of the industry. As well as:\nNative German and fluent English language knowledge.\nExtensive knowledge of dealership and / or workshops’ processes.\nUnderstanding of the agricultural business is a great advantage.\nIdeally have an industry related qualification or degree.\nAnalytical approach with strong attention to detail.\nOrganized and self-motivated personality.\nAbility to manage own workload, use initiative to find solutions to problems and come to a positive resolution.\nAbility to liaise and interact with all levels within the Retailer network.\nBeing based in the UK and having the flexibility for regular travel and dealership visits in Germany.\n At MSX, our employees are the force behind our success.
