The role combines business intelligence (BI), Google Cloud, Alteryx and data analytics expertise with responsibility for accurate plan uploads, pricing, dealer communications and system maintenance.\nThe successful candidate will have strong analytical and organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work across business and technical teams.\n Data analytics and business intelligence\nAnalyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, resolve issues and support business decisions.\nDevelop and maintain BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.\nUse Google Cloud tools to access, process and analyse data.\nBuild, maintain, run and sunsetting migration of Alteryx workflows to prepare data, automate processes and support reporting.\nValidate data and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate outputs in all sections of the business.\nTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders.\nDocument data sources, workflows, reporting definitions and processes.\nBalance financial bordereaux required for regulated reporting.\nPrepare and produce quarterly CBR regulatory reports.\nReconcile all required financial components with the Finance team.\nMeet with dealers to address analytics enquiries and explain relevant data and reports.\nCommunicate data findings, trends and insights to dealers and Dealer Principals.\nAttend weekly meetings to discuss analytical findings, progress and relevant issues.\nPrepare and deliver presentations to management on analytics, findings and recommendations.\nProvide operational support for Ford Protect Customer Care, Claims and Vehicle Inspection, including monitoring shared mailboxes, handling calls and providing cover when required.\nSupport the administration and monitoring of Ford Protect claims.\nReview claims data for completeness and accuracy, and investigate discrepancies.\nAnalyse claims trends and prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders.\nLiaise with dealers and internal teams to resolve claims-related enquiries.\nReconcile claims data with Finance where required.\nMaintain accurate claims records and support compliance with applicable processes and reporting requirements.\nPlan and retail administration\nBulk-upload monthly retail files, including inclusive plans.\nLoad Extended Service, Maintenance and Warranty plans onto GESB rom Alteryx Workflows and compare the accurate loadings of all policies.\nUpload retail and portal Files.\nUpload urgent manual plans on request.\nReview error logs and make system corrections.\nDealer bulletins\nWrite and load dealer bulletins.\n Experience required\n3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.\nAutomotive industry experience is desirable.\nExperience in data analytics, BI reporting, Google Cloud and Alteryx.\nSkills and competencies\nStrong BI, reporting and data visualisation skills.\nAbility to analyse data, identify discrepancies and resolve problems.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholder and teams.\nSystem knowledge\nKnowledge of the following systems would be advantageous:\nExcel Advanced\nBI\nAlteryx\nGoogle Cloud\nPowerPoint \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or a related field.\nRelevant equivalent qualifications and experience may also be considered.\n MSX is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, neurodiversity or other personal characteristics and backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or marital and parental status.
