Join our team as a Technical Training Instructor supporting a premium Automotive OEM at a state-of-the-art regional training facility in Mahwah, NJ.\nIn this highly visible role, you'll help shape the future of dealership service excellence by delivering hands-on technical training, enhancing diagnostic capabilities, and developing the next generation of automotive professionals.\nWhat You'll Do\nFacilitate engaging classroom and hands-on technical training for dealership technicians\nPrepare vehicles, tools, and workshop environments for experiential learning\nTeach diagnostic strategies and repair procedures across various vehicle systems\nEvaluate learner progress using competency-based assessments\nMaintain training records and learning management systems\nCollaborate with corporate, regional, and dealership teams to support training objectives\nAssist with curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport training center operations, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep\nTravel occasionally to deliver training at additional locations\n What We're Looking For\n6+ years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience\n3+ years of experience training OEM dealership technicians\nOEM Master Technician or ASE Master Technician certification\nStrong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings\nExcellent presentation, communication, and classroom facilitation skills\nValid driver's license\nPreferred Qualifications\nElectric Vehicle (EV) experience\nBachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology or related field\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nWhy Join Us?\nWork with a leading Automotive OEM\nInfluence technician development and dealership performance\nUtilize cutting-edge vehicle technologies and diagnostic tools\nJoin a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence\nMake a lasting impact through education and mentorship\n The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
