Assist with onboarding new hires.\nAssist with production work on an as needed basis.\nComplete daily production reporting for assigned COE team.\nMaintain currency of team procedures; complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities to ensure adherence to these procedures.\nParticipate in special projects as assigned.\nManage and provide guidance on exceptions occurring within the team.\nIdentify opportunities and assist with implementation of approved process improvement efforts for assigned team.\nReconcile the general ledger as required by assigned area.\nApprove daily team productivity reports, ensuring they accurately reflect team activity.\nResearch and resolve routine internal and external customer issues and escalations within assigned area.\nUnderstand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.\nPromote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.\nMaintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.\nComplete other related duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience Required:\nMinimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience\nWork leadership experience\nStrong customer service skills\nKnowledge of relevant spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software as required within assigned team.\nEducation and Experience Preferred:\nProven verbal and written communication skills\nKnowledge of systems, documents and procedures in assigned area\nM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $22.61 - $37.67 Hourly (USD).
