In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 years’ educationand/or relevant work experience, including a minimum of 9 years’ systemsanalysis and/or application development work experience\n\nExpert proficiency in a minimum of 3 programming languages, includingJava andSpring Boot\n\nEducation and Experience Preferred\nExpert analytical skills specific to application development\n\nHands-on experience with Azure/AKS, service mesh (Istio), reverseproxy (Envoy), and policy-as-code (Open Policy Agent)\n\nExperience working in a team environment\n\nAbility to work autonomously\n\nAbility to multitask on multiple complex projects\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nStrong time management skills\n\nAdvanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability toinfluence others\n\nExperience driving project milestones and delivery dates at enterpriselevel\n\nProven experience leading enterprise-wide projects or initiatives\n\nExperience partnering with and presenting to multiple executive levelstakeholders within technology and business departments\n\nProven subject matter expert of required technical skill set\n\nM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $167,600.00 - $279,400.00 Annual (USD).
