This role will provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions that support identity, access, and authorization capabilities across Digital Banking.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks.\n\nLead implementation of cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes, containers, and microservices architecture.\n\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and deployment.\n\nDefine and implement API and integration strategies across enterprise platforms.\n\nPartner with architects and security teams to implement authorization and policy-driven access controls.\n\nContribute to service mesh architectures utilizing technologies such as Istio and Envoy.\n\nAuthor and maintain policy definitions using Rego/OPA (preferred).\n\nMentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, resiliency, and operational best practices.\n\nEducation and Experience Required:\nAssociate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ systems analysis and/or application development work experience or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' systems analysis and/or application development work experience.
