The individual will be responsible for enrichment, maintenance, analysis and process improvement activities as it relates to the Service Operations Field and Service Support Organizations. The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:\nAcquisition Due Diligence and Integration:\nParticipate in Due Diligence meetings and execute analysis or tasks related to assessing value of target business \nAssist with the integration plan to ensure smooth transition for people, data, processes, and customers \nExecute collectively with NSM and SD&D team to minimize customer impact and business performance \nTrain team on SAP/MT processes and ensure proper execution thereof \nManage, cleanse, and transform large data sets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with SAP requirements. Assist in the preparation, manipulation, and validation of data load files to support seamless data migration and integration into SAP systems. \nSupport and lead Cutover Activities during system transitions to ensure seamless migration \nProvide Hypercare Support post-implementation to address issues and support users during stabilization period. Demonstrate continued successful business performance post 'go-live' \nProject Management:\nAssist Projects Manager / Business Analyst in any/all of the following:\nProgram Planning (work planning, scope management, effort estimates, resource planning, financial planning) \nProgram Scheduling (decomposition into tasks and milestones based on methodology, training on methodology e.g. tasks, deliverables, tools) \nRisk Analysis (potential problem identification, probabilities, impact and counter-measures) \nProgram Tracking; monitoring of project execution against the defined plan and schedule using KPIs e.g. costs. Using time and progress tracking data from the respective tools \nTest Management; preparation and coordination of test activities across all teams \nRelated Administrative Tasks (Prepare agenda and content for weekly Program Management and Leadership Team Meetings, Change Request Management Process, Scheduling and Organization of Program wide meetings, workshops and trainings) \nDirect and manage project development from beginning to end. \nDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \nDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. \nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. \nWork with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. \nEstimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. \nDraft and submit budget proposals for approval, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. \nWhere required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. \nDetermine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle. \nSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. \nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. \nIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. \nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path. \nPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. \nTrack project milestones and deliverables. \nDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. \nDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. \nProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. \nDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. \nCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. \nBuild, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. \nConduct post-project audits and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. \nDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management \nTo be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Please note that we do not provide relocation or housing assistance at this time.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or closely related discipline is preferred; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n3 years of prior experience in data analysis \nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. \nFundamental analytic and conceptual thinking skills \nProven ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment. \nTrack record of timely delivery of projects \nStrong customer service, analytical, and reasoning skills.
