This role is primarily focused on Microsoft SQL Server administration while supporting Oracle database environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of business-critical database systems. \nInstall, configure, upgrade, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments. \nAdminister databases across development, testing, and production environments. \nMonitor database performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization. \nPerform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities. \nManage database security, user access, roles, and permissions. \nSupport Oracle database administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. \nOptimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and maintenance activities. \nWork closely with developers, infrastructure, and security teams to support business applications. \nParticipate in database upgrades, migrations, maintenance activities, and on-call support when required.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nMinimum 3 years of database administration experience. \nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration. \nExperience supporting Oracle database environments is highly desirable. \nStrong knowledge of T-SQL, database backup and recovery, performance tuning, and query optimization. \nExperience with SQL Server versions 2016, 2017, 2019 or later. \nKnowledge of database security, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. \nExperience with Windows Server environments. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders. \nProfessional certifications in Microsoft SQL Server, \nAzure Database Administration, or Oracle technologies are advantageous.\nOur Offer to You\n1.5-month contractual bonus \nMedical and Dental benefit (including spouse and children) \nLife Insurance Plan\nAbout Mettler Toledo\nMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
