Provide basic hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. \nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. \nMaintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, coworkers and management. \nConserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Accurately track and record time spent on projects. \nAdhere to all company policies and procedures. \nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nPerform entry-level SAP transactions.\nMaintain a basic understanding of SAP processes and transactions related to production orders.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n0-2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical repair of industrial machines.\nBasic soldering skills and experience using electronic test equipment. \nAbility to read schematics and drawings.\nBasic mechanical and electrical aptitude. \nEntry-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \nQuality- and safety-focused with strong attention to detail. \nGood time management and ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. \nGood oral and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office.
