Accounts Payable Operations\nOversee end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and expense accounting.Ensure accurate and timely booking of vendor invoices in compliance with accounting policies.\nMonitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding invoices.\nManage payment cycles including NEFT/RTGS/cheque payments and ensure adherence to payment terms.\nManage expense reports TAT (Concur, Happay)\n2. Team Leadership & People Management\nLead and supervise team leaders, typically handling invoice processing, vendor management, and reconciliations activities.\nAllocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching to direct reports.\nSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.\n3. Vendor Management\nAct as the primary escalation point for vendor queries and payment issues.\nEnsure timely vendor reconciliations and dispute resolution.\nMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n4. Compliance & Taxation\nEnsure compliance with Global & Indian taxation regulations including GST and TDS in vendor payments.\nValidate tax codes, deductions, and statutory compliance before processing payments.\nSupport audits by maintaining proper documentation and responding to auditor queries.\n5. Process Improvement & Control\nStrengthen internal controls in the AP process to ensure compliance and minimize risk.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTrack key metrics such as invoice cycle time, payment accuracy, and exception rates.\n6.
