What You'll Do:\nDesign, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for AutoChem software products.\nOwn the test automation framework end to end, extending and evolving it to keep pace with product architecture and new testing needs.\nManage automated test source, pipelines, and work items within Azure DevOps.\nAnalyze software architecture for testability, partnering with developers on design decisions that make new features easier to test.\nParticipate in code reviews and design discussions with developers.\nDefine and track quality metrics and use them to drive continuous improvement in automated testing.\nServe as the local subject matter expert for the team's globally distributed test automation resources\nIdentify, document, and prioritize defects with accurate severity assessments\nChampion scalable automation strategies and best practices that accelerate release cycles and improve product reliability.\nTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
