Perform root cause analysis for the major issues.\nEnsure content and structure of all testing artifacts are documented and maintained.\nTrack and report the testing metrics like test case pass results, test case coverage, discovered defects and baseline the metrics.\nShare ideas to improve test methods and contribute to the reviews\nAdhere to development coding standards and recommend continuous improvement of processes for test automation.\nCollaborate with project stakeholders across time zones\nKeep yourself updated with latest industry developments in Testing domain.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.\nWork Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience in Performance testing, Test automation with an proven experience in large-scale distributed software systems.\nRich experience in handling non-funtional requirements of the system in context of System Testing in Performance, Load for new product development.\nRich experience in implementing and maintain non-functional tests for large scale distributed software systems.\nGood experience in implementing and maintain functional tests for large scale distributed software systems. (Preferably any one : Front end or Back end)\nExperience in programming languages such as C#, javascripts, typescripts.\nExpereince in any one of the UI Test automation in Cypress, Playwright or Selenium or equivalent.\nDevelop tests on top of existing performance testing infrastructure and tools.
