Our employees develop, produce, and market highly precise instruments to provide our customers with the greatest possible benefit in their demanding fields of application.\nFor the development of user-friendly and attractive user interfaces, we are looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer (100%) to join our R&D organization at the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters.\nIn this role, your responsibilities would include:\nDesign user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications.\nCollaborate closely with requirements engineering, product management, and software development teams to gather and communicate stakeholder needs.\nWork with international project teams and cross-functional matrix organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.\nCreate high- and low-fidelity interaction designs and validate them with stakeholders.\nSolve complex design problems, evaluate and iterate design variants, and develop detailed, implementation-ready design solutions.\nExtend and maintain high-fidelity design systems and product-specific UI guidelines, contributing to company-wide UX/UI standards through participation in MT Design Guideline committees.\nDesign visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.\nGuide software development teams during the implementation of new features to ensure design quality and consistency\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nFollowing requirements are necessary for this role:\nCompleted degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in UI design within a product development environment.\nProficient in creating interaction and visual designs using design systems and prototyping tools such as Figma.
