IT Systems Administrator (f/m/d)

Your mission

• Setup, maintenance, and security of Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD systems
• Operation of container environments (Docker)
• Installation and administration of Linux servers to ensure scalability and availability
• Planning, deployment, and operation of network infrastructure (routers, switches)
• Administration and optimization of virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, KVM)
• Ensuring IT security in daily operations
• Implementation of security standards and policies
• Support of ISMS and ISO27001 compliance
• Automation of operational processes using Bash, Python, and Ansible
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• User support and incident handling
• Patch and update management
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participation in IT and infrastructure projects
• Support of migrations, optimizations, and technology rollouts

Your profile

• Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience Skills
• Strong experience with Linux servers and Windows clients
• Knowledge of virtualization and networking technologies
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python; Ansible is a plus)
• Interest in IT security and cryptography
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1)
• Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, Oracle)
• Debian, Wazuh, Ansible
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies (LLM, RAG)
• Project management skills and strong analytical thinking
