We recruit professionals who are eager to fast-track their careers in technology or operations within prestigious global organizations.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient authentication solutions of a key multitier application using Ping Access Manager, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and related technologies.\nDevelop authentication and authorization capabilities using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and related standards.\nOwn complex technical solutions end-to-end, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, production readiness, and support.\nCollaborate with developers, architects, product owners, QA, and partner teams to evaluate technical options and deliver effective solutions.\nCreate and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure thorough coverage via unit and integration tests of Access Manager code and functionality.\nProvide hands-on technical expertise for complex development initiatives and drive resolution of technical and cross-team dependencies.\nPromote engineering best practices across coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, reusable solutions, and maintainability.\nTroubleshoot complex application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve security, performance, resiliency, and developer experience.\nMentor developers through technical guidance, design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.\nStay current with Ping/ForgeRock capabilities and evolving authentication technologies to support platform modernization.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3-7 years of relevant work experience\nAbility to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.\nExperienced understanding of business line and discipline.\nExtensive experience in designing and implementing complex test scenarios.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Ping Access Manager and its core capabilities/modules.\nThorough understanding of authentication, authorization, and federation technologies, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.\nExperience designing and implementing complex test scenarios, including unit and integration testing.\nProven experience leading development initiatives and mentoring engineers.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nAbility to translate complex information into actionable plans and communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional engineering environment.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins is preferred.\nAt mthree, our values support courageous teammates, needle movers, and learning champions all while striving to support the health and well-being of all employees.
