The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in candidate sourcing and full life cycle recruitment. They will be responsible for supporting candidates through various aspects of the talent acquisition process.\nThis role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A team player with excellent coordination abilities is essential for success in this position. As a Senior Talent Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring junior members of the Talent Team.\nThe Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, and learning & development of junior talent into mthree’s client base in the financial services and commercial sectors.\nIndividuals applying to this role will be expected to manage a variety of job requirements across our internal client base, spanning a large range of geographic locations across North America, including the US and Canada. You will be responsible for generating interest in mthree’s Programs alongside recruiting high quality and highly diverse candidates into positions with clients.\nResponsibilities:\nTake responsibility for the Delivery of constant, high quality, diverse and readily available candidates for mthree’s global Alumni offering.\nManage end-to-end recruitment of junior to mid senior level roles as needed.\nSource, screen and evaluate candidates for our external clients.\nAssist in driving the sourcing strategy, ensuring the pool of candidates across all disciplines and locations is well maintained and sufficient to service client demands at all times.\nParticipate in events and form important local partnerships with academic and diversity related organizations to promote mthree and to generate interest in the mthree Alumni program (Including Career Fairs, Information Sessions and other Networking Events).\nConduct and coordinate in-depth interviews.\nWork with Business Development and Client Services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our Alumni programme requirements.\nMaintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates.\nEnsure the internal candidate database is fully up to date at all times and complete for reporting purposes.\nAssist in preparing reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements.\nDisplay eagerness to grow knowledge about the industry and continuously improve business acumen.\nDeliver and exceed your targets.\nRecord all relevant activity on Greenhouse (ATS) and Salesforce (CRM).\nConduct behavioral mock interviews, conduct CV/resume support exercises, and provide support and coaching as needed to assist with candidate placement.\nRemove graduates from Cascade and Salesforce upon their resignation from the program.\nAssist the Talent Team with ad hoc duties as required.\nMonitor and manage job postings on the career's website and job boards.\nSkills & Experience\nEssential:\n3-5 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment. Tech-related recruitment preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders\nProficiency in using Recruitment software and tools like Greenhouse (ATS) Salesforce (CRM), Monday.com, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.\nExperience with technical recruitment and managing candidate pipelines is highly beneficial.\nTeam player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in scheduling and coordinating interviews, including technical and behavioral mock interviews.\nFamiliarity with managing job postings on career websites and sourcing candidates through various platforms.\nAbility to handle ad hoc duties and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWork Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
