years' experience supporting enterprise production environments\nHands-on experience with Grafana or other modern observability and monitoring platforms\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills\nExperience with Python and/or Ansible\nKnowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms and modern infrastructure
