We recruit professionals who are eager to fast-track their careers in technology or operations within prestigious global organizations.\nResponsibilities:\nIAM Operations & Engineering\nBuild, maintain, and optimize global IAM services, assessing system performance and contributing to technical solutions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions across the organization.\nEnsure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated by customers, support teams, and engineers.\nSupport the alignment of IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements.\nParticipate in platform upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nHands-on experience administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting ForgeRock Access Management (AM/IDM/DS/IG).\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE)\nApply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve operational excellence.\nCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system architecture, resiliency, and scalability.\nImplement automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improve reliability.\nDrive initiatives to enhance system security, reliability, availability, and performance.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for IAM platforms.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.\nContribute to post-incident reviews and continuous service improvement efforts.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of:\nIAM platforms and products, such as ForgeRock and Ping Identity.\nAuthentication, authorization, federation, and access management concepts.\nEnterprise security standards, protocols, and best practices.\nIntermediate knowledge of operating system administration on Windows and Linux (Red Hat) platforms.\nIntermediate proficiency in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl.\nExperience troubleshooting distributed applications and complex production environments.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and operational tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ServiceNow, Jira, and Jenkins.\nExperience working within large-scale enterprise environments.\nExperience supporting IAM platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, certificate management, and configuration changes.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong interest in Access Management, Identity Governance, Directory Services, and Information Security.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSelf-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nComfortable working in an operational support environment with customer interaction.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills.\nAdvocate for reliability engineering and continuous improvement practices.\nPrevious experience in IAM Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related technical role.\nExperience supporting mission-critical production environments.\nITIL, CISSP, Security+, or similar certifications are a plus.\nExperience with cloud platforms and automation technologies is desirable.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with IAM technologies such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or Azure AD.\nKnowledge of SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies.\nExperience creating automation scripts and operational tooling.\nFamiliarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.\nAt mthree, our values support courageous teammates, needle movers, and learning champions all while striving to support the health and well-being of all employees.
