phone and email to collect outstanding balances\nInvoice customers accurately and in a timely manner (email/mail)\nResearch, apply, and reconcile payments to the correct account and job\nMonitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts\nResolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes\nPrepare liens and support legal collection processes when necessary\nProcess daily deposits (including check scanning)\nManage and process credit card payments across multiple channels\nMaintain financing documentation (including GreenSky) and process related payments\nKeep accurate records across systems, spreadsheets, and files\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccounts stay current and aging is well-managed\nCustomers are communicated with consistently and professionally\nIssues are identified early and resolved quickly\nPayments are collected efficiently without damaging relationships\nInternal teams trust your accuracy, follow-up, and organization\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or customer service\nStrong attention to detail-you catch errors before they become problems\nConfident communicator, especially when
