This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and in conformance with company procedures, which involve daily communication and interaction with drivers and monitors (as applicable).\nLocation: In Office - 5 days a week\n4525 E University Dr\nPhoenix, AZ 85034\nShift: Friday-Tuesday, 1PM-9:30PM.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAssist with all phone call information and dispatching of rides\nOrganize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performance\nProvide assistance to drivers for directions to destinations\nAssist drivers and transportation providers with problems or issues relating to scheduling\nEstablish and maintain effective communication with transportation providers\nReport and record all incidents to the applicable manager\nDocument and report provider no shows or on-time-performance issues\nInform transportation providers of their next-days trips and any new trips that occur\nMonitor radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality\nRecord time of departure, destination, and expected time of return\nProvide feedback on drivers’ performance\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1 year of Call Center experience\n6 months Customer Service experience\n2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise preferred\n1 year experience working with the applicable transit scheduling system preferred\nSkills:\nBasic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills\nKnowledge of GPS and GIS systems preferred\nEven better if you have...\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nGood organizational skills with attention to timeliness and details\nMust be able to demonstrate effective use of scheduling software, two-way radio communication and data analysis skills\nSkills in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications\nAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality\nRegular attendance is required\nWhat’s in it for you:\nHealth and Life Insurance Plans\nDental and Vision Plans\n401(k) with a company match\nPaid Time Off and Holiday Pay\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nCasual Dress Environment\nTuition Reimbursement\nMTM Perks Discount Program\nLeadership Mentoring Opportunities\nSalary Min: $ 20.00\nSalary Max: $ 20.00\nThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
