Oversee the appearance of each vehicle is maintained and assist in the efficient mechanical operation of the vehicles. Monitor all accident and injury investigations. Monitor comments and complaints of passengers regarding service, especially feedback regarding the safety of passengers.\nLocation: Pinal County\nWhat you’ll do:\nOversee on time performance measures of drivers, monitor driving and safety practices of drivers daily\n\nAssist Management/Operationswith driver coaching and training\n\nAttend driver and employee meetings as requested for job and safety information\n\nAttend training and achieve professional certification as directed by management\n\nOversee fleet maintenance program (Vehicle registration/emissions/PMs/DVIR)\n\nRespond and coordinate data and photo collection at accident and incident scenes in a timely manner\n\nInvestigate and assist with accident determination and road observations\n\nAssist drivers with questions, customer assistance and overall on the road support\n\nPerforms emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, battery jump starts, and lock outs\n\nAssist Dispatch/Operations with information and complaint resolutions\n\nProvide management with reports to assist with the evaluation of route and schedule effectiveness\n\nWork with Operations in workforce management (Time off, backfilling, call offs)\n\nPerform other duties, including dispatching, cleaning office and company vehicles, and maintaining storage yard, as requested\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned or required\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent\n\nMust be 25 years of age or older\n\nValid Arizona Driver's license\n\nMinimum of 5 years driving history\n\nNo pending charges\n\nNo convicted felony charges in past 7 years\n\nNo DUI/DWI in past 5 years\n\nMust pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigation\n\nMust pass a DOT physical if over the age of 65 including a pre-employment drug screening\n\nMust pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigation\n\nValid Authorization to work in the United States\n\nSkills:\nThorough knowledge of accident investigation preferred\n\nKnowledge of Safety and training practices and procedures\n\nAbility to communicate, teach and mentor employees\n\nMust be able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills\n\nQuick to process information, adjust, and/or make recommendations\n\nSkills in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications\n\nEven better if you have...\nExperience working in a supervisory role preferred\n\nKnowledge of DOT/FTA Drug & Alcohol testing (post-accident, reasonable suspicion, & random testing)preferred\n\nWhat’s in it for you:\nCompany vehicles provided with working A/C\n\nAffordable benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision\n\nPaid Training & Overtime\n\nPaid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)\n\n401(k) with Company Match\n\nInternal career growth opportunities\n\nPay Rate: $18.00 per hour\nThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
