Together, we thrive, push our limits, and work as team to help you reach your full potential.\nWhat Will Your Job Look Like?\nThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles incoming calls received via an automated call distribution (ACD) system, regarding scheduling of non-emergent transportation and all other details of customer trips. The CSR is the front-line representative of the Company.\nLocation: This position is on site at our Baltimore Assessments office located at 4201 Patterson Ave Baltimore, MD 21215.\nHours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. Please note, you will have to work one weekend day a month.\nWhat you’ll do:\nParticipate in an extensive paid training program encompassing areas of customer service, computer applications, policy and procedure\nManage inbound calls from our members to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation utilizing company systems\nListen and obtain information from callers in a professional, systematic and organized manner\nAcquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of, and adhere to, established Protocols and Procedures\nAssume responsibility for self-development and career progression\nMaintain flexibility in efforts to provide quality service to our members and help achieve business and operational goals\nMaintain acceptable abandoned call rates, average handle time, productivity percentage, and attendance; as outlined by company standards\nMay be required to work weekends and/or holidays, as needed\nMaintain confidential information standards within a fast paced environment\nRelate to a diversity of requests\nIdentify with customer needs and circumstances\nTactfully question and obtain necessary information\nRecognize, handle and refer situations of an emergent nature\nRegular attendance is required\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\nHigh School Diploma or G.E.D.\nCustomer service experience\nSkills:\nTyping speed of 30 WPM or greater\nKnowledge Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word\nExemplary communication and phone skills\nAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality\nRegular attendance is required\nEven better if you have...\nPrevious experience working in a customer service call center, preferred\nWhat’s in it for you:\nHealth and Life Insurance Plans\nDental and Vision Plans\n401(k) with a company match\nPaid Time Off and Holiday Pay\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nCasual Dress Environment\nTuition Reimbursement\nMTM Perks Discount Program\nLeadership Mentoring Opportunities\nSalary: $21.00/hr\nThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
