Ensure efficient mechanical operation and appearance of each vehicle is maintained. Monitor all accident and injury investigations. Monitor comments and complaints of passengers and operators regarding service, especially feedback regarding the safety of passengers. Ensure all daily routes are supplied with drivers. Develop utilization reports to establish cost effective routes and schedules to meet the needs of the customer and client.\nLocation: 50 East 6th Street Tracy, CA 95376\nStarting Pay: $30.00 - $32.00/hr\nWhat You'll Do:\nOversee on time performance measures of drivers, monitor driving and safety practices of drivers daily\nProvide oversight of fleet maintenance program\nRespond and coordinate data and photo collection at accident and incident scenes\nInvestigate and assist with accident determination\nAssist drivers with questions, customer assistance and overall on the road support\nAssist customers with information and complaint resolution\nProvide management with reports to assist with the evaluation of route and schedule effectiveness\nPerform additional duties as assigned or required\nWhat You’ll Need:\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent\nBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a related field preferred\nMust possess a valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement\nExperience working in a supervisory role preferred\nMust be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening\nNo more than 6 points on driving record within the last 4 years\nMust pass criminal background check\nAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality\nRegular attendance is required\nEven better if you have…\nKnowledge of DOT, OSHA, Drug & Alcohol and FTA safety regulations preferred\nThorough knowledge of accident investigation preferred\nKnowledge of Safety and training practices and procedures\nAbility to communicate, teach and mentor employees\nMust be able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills\nQuick to process information and make adjustments or recommendations\nSkills in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications\nWhat's in it for you:\nHealth and Life Insurance Plans\n\nDental and Vision Plans\n\n401(k) with a company match\n\nPaid Time Off and Holiday Pay\n\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\n\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nLeadership Mentoring Opportunities\n\nStarting Pay: $30.00 - $32.00/hr\nThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
