If you are passionate, driven, and ready to join a team where your work will directly transform and shape our industry, then we want to talk to you!\nWhat Will Your Job Look Like?\nThe Supervisor, Fleet is responsible for ensuring all fleet operations meet company standards and are in compliance with all governmental or regulatory standards. Ensure efficient mechanical operation, appearance of each vehicle is maintained and track the fleet vehicle life cycle to ensure proper management of inventory. The Supervisor, Fleet will perform duties in a timely manner and advise Leadership of any potential issues that could affect the overall accountability of the fleet.\nLocation: 4650 US HWY 27 S Sebring, FL 33870\nPay Rate: $16 - $20 Hourly\nWhat you’ll do:\nMonitor comments and complaints of passengers regarding service, especially feedback regarding the safety of passengers\nEnsure all daily routes are supplied with drivers and oversee on time performance measures of drivers, monitor driving and safety practices of drivers daily\nProvide oversight of fleet maintenance program\nRespond and coordinate data and photo collection at accident and incident scenes\nInvestigate and assist with accident determination\nAssist drivers with questions, customer assistance and overall on the road support\nProvide management with reports to assist with the evaluation of route and schedule effectiveness to meet the needs of the customer and client\nPerform a minimum of two random vehicle inspections on all vehicles owned by the client\nCollect all daily mileage from the contractors and enter into Cetaris for Preventative Maintenance tracking\nWork with contractors to ensure all Preventative Maintenance is on time and kept up to standards\nEnter all Preventative Maintenance data into Cetaris to keep system up to date\nAssist contractors with maintenance issues and vendor issues as necessary\nProvide management with Preventative Maintenance on time performance reports\nMaintain vehicle Preventative Maintenance files on site at main office for review by the client\nPerform additional duties as assigned or required\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\nHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent\n1+ years of previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (2+ years preferred)\nMust possess a valid driver’s license\nMust be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening\nNo suspensions, DUI, or More than 1 citation in the past 5 years\nMust pass criminal background check\nPrevious experience working with senior citizens or persons with disabilities\nSkills:\nStrong problem solving skills\nKnowledge of safety and training practices and procedures\nAbility to communicate, teach and mentor employees\nMust be able to demonstrate conflict resolution skills\nQuick to process information and make adjustments or recommendations\nSkills in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications\nKnowledge of basic safety and training procedures\nMap reading, two-way radio communication and driving experience preferably in a demand responsive service environment\nAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality\nRegular attendance is required\nEven better if you have...\nThorough knowledge of accident investigation preferred\nThorough knowledge of ADA, DOT, FTA regulations preferred\nPrevious management experience in fleet administration preferred\nWhat’s in it for you:\nHealth and Life Insurance Plans\nDental and Vision Plans\n401(k) with a company match\nPaid Time Off and Holiday Pay\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nCasual Dress Environment\nTuition Reimbursement\nMTM Perks Discount Program \nLeadership Mentoring Opportunities \nThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
