When an emergency happens, customers need someone who can respond quickly, provide reassurance, and help guide them through the next steps.\nAnd when you succeed, your earning potential is truly unlimited.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRespond quickly to real-time emergency leads involving fire, water, storm, and other property damage.\nMeet with impacted homeowners, property managers, and business decision-makers to understand their needs.\nHelp customers navigate the initial steps following a property emergency.\nCoordinate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities with customers and internal teams.\nBuild strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision-makers.\nConduct in-person consultations and identify opportunities to provide additional services.\nMaintain daily readiness to respond to emergency opportunities.\nPrepare customer care kits and other resources needed for emergency response.\nProspect within your assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.\nConduct ongoing market and territory research.\nMaintain consistent follow-up with prospects, customers, and referral partners.\nMeet or exceed weekly sales activity, appointment, and meeting goals.\nAccurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity.\nRepresent the organization professionally in every customer interaction.\nParticipate in regular work-in-progress meetings and team collaboration.\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the emergency response team.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills.\nConfident and professional communication style.\nAbility to build trust quickly with customers who may be experiencing a stressful situation.\nHighly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.\nStrong sense of urgency and ability to respond quickly to new opportunities.\nResilient, persistent, and driven to achieve results.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.\nExperience in restoration, construction, insurance, home services, or emergency services sales is preferred, but not required.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nWillingness to maintain reasonable evening, weekend, and holiday availability when emergency opportunities arise.\nWhy This Role?\nThis is a role built for someone who wants control over their income and the opportunity to be rewarded for their performance.\nProperty emergencies don't always happen between 9 and 5.
