team focused on generating qualified leads and supporting company growth.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDevelop and execute comprehensive events and shows strategies that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.\nRecruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing events team.\nPartner with sales leadership to align event initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.\nIdentify target markets and implement localized event campaigns that drive qualified leads.\nPlan and oversee trade shows, home shows, community events, promotional activations, neighborhood events, and other live marketing experiences.\nCoordinate all aspects of event logistics, including staffing, setup, vendor management, scheduling, and on-site execution.\nAnalyze event performance, market trends, and competitive activity to optimize future strategies.\nDevelop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure team and event success.\nManage event budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.\nCollaborate with internal marketing teams to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and brand messaging.\nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, event organizers, strategic partners, and community organizations.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a proven events leader who is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about developing people while driving business growth.\nQualifications:\n4+ years of events leadership experience, preferably within home improvement, construction, retail, consumer services, or experiential marketing.\nProven success developing and executing event or customer acquisition strategies.\nExperience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.\nStrong understanding of trade shows, home shows, live events, and promotional activations.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.\nExperience managing budgets and event resources.\nProficiency with CRM platforms,
