advancement opportunities\n Hands-on training and mentoring\nKey Responsibilities\nInstaller Development & Oversight\n Oversee and manage all job-site activities during installations.\n Maintain ongoing coaching and performance management for installer partners to\nensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.\nProject Coordination & Execution\n With the aid of your inside Project Coordinator and Installation Manager, develop and\nmaintain installation schedules in collaboration with sales reps, logistics, site\nsuperintendents, and installers.\n Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify job readiness, confirm rough openings, and\nalign with general contractors or superintendents.\n Assist with on-site coordination on installation days to ensure quality execution and resolve field issues in real-time.\n Provide communication to our builder customers, installers, and sales team regularly.\nPost-Installation Oversight\n Conduct thorough post-installation inspections with site superintendents.\n Coordinate rework or service requests and ensure final sign-offs are obtained from the\nsite superintendent or homeowner.\n Verify installation quality and approve subcontractor invoices based on performance\nand adherence to standards.\n Perform warranty and punch list work as necessary.\nAccessory Management & Change Orders\n Assist with delivery and installation of held accessories, verifying quality and approving\nrelated payments.\n Manage change orders, working with contractors and reps to ensure proper billing and\ndocumentation.\nQualifications\n 2+ years of new construction experience.\n Prior hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.\n OSHA 30 and CPR certified.\n Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.\n Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce.\nPhysical Requirements\n Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift/move up to 100 lbs.\n Requires regular use of hands, vision (close,
