You will oversee all aspects of the reconstruction and renovation process from intake to completion. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, and technicians while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide exceptional customer service\nOperates in compliance with all company processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the company operates\nCommunicates openly when scheduling and working alongside our Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators throughout the project.\nPartner with a Project Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork relative to the restoration project are completed on time.\nMaintain open communication with insurance providers and property owners\nReview all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobs\nEnsures project is completed within budget\nMeet operational goals of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score\nTrack metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings\nConfirm budget and work orders before the start of the project\nBuild partnerships to improve performance with industry partners\nMaintain good relationships with trade partners and vendors\nAssessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned\nInterdepartmental communication\nManaging a wide range of projects from $100,000 - $1,000,000\nQualifications:\n7+ years of residential/commercial construction management experience\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience\nValid driver's license with a good driving record\nExperience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills\nStrong verbal and written communication and organization skills\nPositive, can-do attitude\nTeam player\nStrong time management skills\nExtremely organized\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $100,000.00 -
