alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and strategic objectives.\nDrive effective demand management, portfolio governance, prioritization, and value realization across technology initiatives.\n\n2.\nEngineering Excellence & Digital Transformation\n\nProvide leadership for software engineering, platform engineering, and enterprise technology delivery.\nDrive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, automation, AI-enabled delivery, and continuous improvement.\n\n3.\nAgile Operating Model & Organizational Effectiveness\n\nLead the implementation and optimization of agile ways of working across technology teams.\nFoster cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and high-performing product and delivery teams.\n\n4.\nRisk, Governance & Operational Resilience\n\nEnsure technology delivery is executed in line with security, compliance, quality, risk, and resilience standards.\nProvide oversight of delivery assurance, governance frameworks, and operational readiness for business-critical solutions.\n\n5.\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\n\nBuild and lead a high-performing technology delivery organization that promotes innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning.\nPartner with business leaders, vendors, and key stakeholders to achieve sustainable business outcomes and enhance customer experience.\n\nEducation\n\nFirst degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline\nPostgraduate qualification, preferably an MBA or technology-related master’s degree, is required\nRelevant certifications in agile/product management, programme or portfolio management, cloud, DevSecOps or software engineering are advantageous\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum 10 years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles\nDemonstrated accountability for complex, enterprise-scale technology portfolios and software or digital delivery\nPractical success implementing agile operating models, product-centric delivery, DevSecOps and engineering transformation\nExperience using or scaling AI-assisted software engineering with appropriate governance and measurable outcomes\nStrong commercial, financial, sourcing and partner-management experience\nTelecommunications, financial services, digital platforms or another regulated, high-availability industry is strongly preferred\nExperience working across diverse cultures, geographies and matrix organisations is advantageous\n\nProfessional/Technical Competencies:\n\nStrong understanding of technology strategy, portfolio management, and value realization.\nProven leadership in complex technology delivery, programme management, and business transformation initiatives.\nExperience in modern software engineering, digital platforms, systems integration, and cloud-enabled delivery.\nKnowledge of agile delivery methodologies and product-centric operating models.\nUnderstanding of technology governance, risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and strategic partnership capabilities.\nSound commercial and financial acumen with the ability to balance innovation, value, and business outcomes.\nExperience driving technology innovation and
