Infrastructure & Platform Leadership\n\nProvide strategic leadership for the design, delivery, modernization, and optimization of MTN Ghana's enterprise infrastructure and technology platforms.\nEnsure infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned to current and future business needs.\n\n2.\nCloud Transformation & Technology Innovation\n\nLead the execution of MTN Ghana's cloud transformation strategy and the adoption of modern technology platforms and automation capabilities.\nDrive innovation through cloud, platform engineering, and emerging technologies to enhance business agility and operational efficiency.\n\n3.\nTechnology Resilience, Security & Governance\n\nEnsure the availability, resilience, security, and recoverability of critical technology services and platforms.\nProvide oversight of infrastructure governance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance requirements.\n\n4.\nTechnology Investment & Operational Excellence\n\nOversee infrastructure and cloud investments to maximize business value, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.\nDrive performance, cost optimization, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the technology environment.\n\n5.\nLeadership & Strategic Partnerships\n\nLead and develop high-performing infrastructure and cloud teams while fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nBuild and manage strategic relationships with technology partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver business and technology objectives.\n\nEducation\n\nFirst degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline\nPostgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required\nRelevant certifications in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, Kubernetes, ITIL, TOGAF, cybersecurity, programme management, AI or machine learning are advantageous\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum 10 years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles\nSignificant accountability for enterprise infrastructure and hybrid-cloud environments\nDemonstrated leadership of large-scale infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation and automation\nPractical experience with AI platforms, AIOps, analytics, intelligent automation or sovereign AI capabilities\nStrong financial, commercial, vendor and executive stakeholder-management experience\nExperience in telecommunications, fintech, banking, technology or digital services is strongly preferred\nExperience in multinational and complex regulatory environments is advantageous\n\nProfessional/Technical Competencies:\n\nStrong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technology architecture.\nProven experience in infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and technology strategy execution.\nSound understanding of technology governance, risk management, cybersecurity, and operational resilience.\nExperience leading large-scale technology programmes and transformation initiatives within complex environments.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, investment planning, cost optimization, and value realization.\nProven ability to manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.\nStrong project, programme, and portfolio management capabilities.\nKnowledge of emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that support business growth and innovation.\n\nSkills/Physical Competencies:\n\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to
