improvement.\n Review business processes across Finance, Customer Experience, Sales, Technology, Legal, and other divisions.\n Provide recommendations to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.\n Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and changing legislation.\n Prepare audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management.\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify control gaps.\n Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks in the financial and operational domains.\n Assist in special projects and investigations as required by the Internal Audit team.\n Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all audit-related activities.\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nProfessional certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal control frameworks.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly.\nProficiency in audit software and data analytics tools is an advantage.\nWillingness to travel for audit assignments as required.\nA commitment to professional ethics and maintaining
