Assistant Manager – IT Service Desk and End User Service

Responsibilities
Lead the Executive IT Support Team and act as escalation point for complex IT issues
Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and MDM platforms
Support executive meetings, board meetings, events, conferencing, AV, and hybrid meeting technologies
Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service improvement
Requirements
Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Preferably a minimum of 8-10 years' IT support experience, including 5 years in team leadership and 3 years supporting executives
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint support (Windows 11, Macintosh, IOS and Android), collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Tencent Meeting) and executive/VIP support
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience in large enterprise environments, AV/meeting room support, or ITIL certification is an advantage
