Сейчас мы ищем AI-Enabled DevOps / Cloud Engineer в небольшую продуктовую команду. Делаем платформу генерации контента на основе AI-агентов и разрабатываем её с помощьюсобственных агентских систем.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • отвечать за инфраструктуру и деплой агентских сервисов;
  • строить и автоматизировать процессы разработки: CI/CD, окружения, релизы;
  • настраивать наблюдаемость: логи, трейсинг, метрики;
  • держать под контролем стоимость и латентность LLM-нагрузки;
  • автоматизировать процессы команды через код и агентские харнессы.

Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:

  • от 5 лет в DevOps, SRE, Platform или Cloud Engineering;
  • CI/CD и автоматизация: GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform;
  • опыт с облачными средами, Supabase, Render;
  • работа с self-hosted и managed базами данных;
  • мониторинг Grafana/OpenTelemetry: трейсинг, метрики, логи;
  • ежедневная работа через агентские харнессы: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI,Cursor и аналоги;
  • понимание архитектуры и устройства современных агентских харнессов игенеративных моделей;
  • понимание специфики эксплуатации LLM-сервисов: латентность, стоимостьтокенов, очереди, ретраи, лимиты провайдеров.

Будет плюсом:

  • бэкенд-бэкграунд, умение читать и править код сервисов;
  • опыт выстраивания процессов разработки с нуля в небольшой команде;
  • профильное техническое образование.
