Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • запускать и сопровождать кампании по монетизации нецелевых кредитов

  • вести бэклог задач, следить за сроками и статусами в Jira

  • координировать работу смежных команд (IT, аналитика, маркетинг и др.)

  • фиксировать договорённости, вести документацию, снимать статусы

  • участвовать в подготовке отчётов и презентаций по результатам запусков

Наши пожелания к кандидату:

  • опыт работы в роли менеджера продукта (кредиты нецелевые/под залог) или project manager / координатора от 1-2 лет (можно меньше, если есть сильные кейсы)

  • владение Jira и Confluence на уровне уверенного пользователя

  • опыт в банковской или финансовой сфере

  • понимание процессов запуска кампаний (CRM, маркетинг, продукты, каналы коммуникаций)
