You will manage engagements from sales handover through project completion, working closely with customers, account teams, implementation engineers, quality teams, delivery partners and technical support teams.\nYou will not be responsible for performing technical installations or upgrades. However, you should be comfortable learning technical concepts to effectively coordinate project requirements, resources and dependencies.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate customer installation and upgrade projects from sales handover through completion.\nPrepare kickoff presentations and coordinate customer kickoff meetings.\nConfirm project scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, timelines and approvals before scheduling.\nIdentify missing information, delivery risks, dependencies and approval gaps.\nCoordinate implementation engineers, delivery partners, support teams and other internal stakeholders.\nManage customer communications, schedules, calendar invitations and site-access requirements across APJ time zones.\nMaintain accurate project statuses, deliverables, cases and operational trackers.\nCoordinate remote, multi-site, multi-visit and rescheduled engagements.\nEscalate delivery risks and exceptions early, with clear information and recommended next steps.\nComplete project-closure activities, including completion confirmation, Certificate of Completion follow-up, customer satisfaction surveys and returns coordination where applicable.\nRequirements\nAt least three years of relevant experience in project coordination, service delivery, customer operations, logistics, technical administration or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including professional customer correspondence.\nExcellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.\nConfidence coordinating stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong problem-solving skills and sound operational judgement.\nAbility to identify and manage project risks, dependencies and missing information.\nComfortable supporting customers and internal teams across different APJ time zones.\nAble to remain calm and professional when schedules, approvals or customer requirements change.\nComfortable working with CRM, project-management, ticketing, scheduling and workflow systems.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience coordinating Advanced Services, Professional Services, infrastructure, data-centre or technical installation projects.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, KeyedIn, ServiceNow, Slack, Google Calendar or similar platforms.\nExperience in process improvement, reporting, operational analysis or workflow automation.\nBasic understanding of order management, finance, service contracts or commercial
