    • Развивать фреймворки автотестов и участвовать в их архитектуре
    • Собрать команду QA: найм, онбординг, рост - сделать из них овнеров качества

  • Встроить QA в цикл разработки, а не в конец релиза

    • Внедрить ретро, демо и постмортемы - чтобы команда училась на инцидента

  • Отвечать за метрики качества

  • Руководили QA-командой от 7 человек, которую собрали сами

  • Строили культуру качества за пределами своего отдела

    • Умеете продать вижн качества кому угодно - и довести до внедрения

  • Пишете автотесты на Python сами, не только ставите задачи

  • Проектировали архитектуру test-фреймворков

  • Внедряли CI/CD, trunk-based development, автоматизацию релизов

  • Организовывали нагрузочное тестирование под реальной нагрузкой

  • Понимаете распределённые системы - можете говорить с разработчиками про код

  • Не теряетесь там, где ещё нет процессов, и умеете связывать людей между собой
