Maintenance and Support\nTest and implement patches, perform system upgrades, and remediate vulnerabilities across storage hardware and software.\nTroubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents to ensure system stability and service continuity.\n3. Customer Enablement\nProvide technical training to customer staff and improve their understanding of storage solutions and best practices.\nSupport customers in adopting and managing enterprise storage technologies.\n4. Governance and Reporting\nConduct monthly service reviews and manage Statement of Work (SOW) changes.\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions to reduce recurring incidents.\nMaintain technical documentation and operational reports.\nRequirements\n1. Education and Technical Foundation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nProficiency in storage technologies, including RAID, SAN, and NAS.\n2. Object Storage Expertise (5+ Years)\nOver 5 years of experience specializing in S3-compatible object storage solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud object storage services, including bucket configuration, lifecycle management, and fine-grained access control using IAM and storage policies.\nExperience managing object storage environments and implementing security and access management best practices.\n3. Storage Configuration and Migration\nHands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise storage systems, including block storage and object storage platforms.\nProven experience migrating data to cloud-based object storage using Object Storage Migration Services or equivalent migration tools.\nExperience with block storage migration and data migration utilities.\n4. Daily Monitoring and Incident Management\nProficient in using storage management and monitoring tools for performance monitoring, capacity management, and alarm generation.\nSkilled in proactive incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for object and block storage environments.\n5. Operating Systems and Technical Skills\nStrong foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration, including Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, Solaris, and AIX.\nScripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar languages.\nBasic Windows networking knowledge.\nExperience installing and maintaining storage-related components, including S3-compatible storage services, backup agents, and monitoring tools.\n6.
