Сейчас мы ищем AI Инженера в продуктовую команду, которая делает платформу генерации медиаконтента на основе AI-агентов и разрабатывает её с помощью собственных агентских систем.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • строить платформу: бэкенд, фронтенд, инфра;
  • создавать AI-агентов для производства контента и для самого процесса разработки;
  • исследовать и внедрять новые подходы к оркестрации агентов, следить за практиками в индустрии.

Что мы ожидаем:

  • опыт backend-разработки - от 5 лет;
  • опыт работы с AI-агентами от 6 месяцев - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor или аналоги (включая личные проекты);
  • архитектурное и продуктовое мышление - проектирование систем, понимание бизнес-контекста;
  • автономность - умение работать самостоятельно в условиях меняющихся требований;
  • сильное инженерное образование;
  • опыт fullstack-разработки;
  • опыт проектирования клиент-серверных платформ;
  • понимание LLM: возможности, ограничения, prompt engineering.

Будет плюсом:

  • собственные пет-проекты, построенные с помощью AI;
  • опыт развёртывания агентских систем - например, OpenClaw или аналогичных.
