And it’s your chance to really shine and contribute to one of the world’s most recognized brands and a beacon for engineering excellence.\nWhat you will be doing\nOperate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840 D Controllers according to instructions, routings, control plans, production requirements, plans and diagrams. \nStudy machining instructions, routings, control plans, job orders, and blueprints to determine dimensional and finish specifications, sequences of operations, complex machine setups, and tooling requirements.\nSelect the appropriate tools, and materials to be used in preparation of cubic engine components. \nSet up, adjust, and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations. \nCheck precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, fixed and telescoping gauges, templates and fixtures, and adjust according to quality control plans.\nBasic Requirements:\n2 years in a mechanical, maintenance or machining trade school or equivalent Associate’s Degree or 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty machining environment. \nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
