Through in depth market analyses, technical product evaluations, supplier base optimization, and effective negotiations, the position holder makes a significant contribution to the company’s profitability and competitiveness.\nWhat you will be doing?\nProject Management for Cost-Out Initiatives\nPlanning, leading, and monitoring cost-out projects.\nDeveloping project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and savings targets.\nManaging cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Production).\nMarket and Supplier Analysis\nIdentifying new global procurement markets with significant savings potential.\nConducting detailed market analyses, benchmarks, and comparative cost calculations.\nApplying international Best-Cost-Country sourcing strategies.\nTechnical Expertise & Cost Analysis\nAnalyzing product specifications, manufacturing technologies, and material costs.\nPreparing Should-Cost analyses and TCO models.\nIdentifying technical optimization and Design-to-Cost opportunities in collaboration with Engineering.\nBasic Requirements:\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nWillingness to travel internationally. \n“Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
