The role is customer-facing and requires you to be reactive to issues that you are aware of before it becomes a problem for the customer.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDeliver excellent customer service, managing day-to-day enquiries relating to orders, products, returns, and services\nProcess and fulfil customer orders, including quotations, sales/work orders, acknowledgements, and ERP system updates\nBuild strong relationships with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and service partners to ensure customer needs are met\nMonitor order progress, stock availability, delivery expectations, and customer accounts to support efficient service delivery\nSupport customer issue resolution, including logging complaints in line with ISO 9001:2015 and coordinating technical support where required\nCoordinate travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements for Service Support staff and visiting customers \nFirst level Export Control classification of spares and in service equipment\nPosition Qualifications\nPrevious experience within service coordination, customer operations, order management, or operational support roles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nExperience using ERP systems.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nStrong Microsoft Office, MS Office, Word, Excel skills.\nMust be within reasonable commuting distance to Heybridge due to the site-based nature of the role.\nPreferred requirements:\n· SAP system experience.\n· Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or technical environments.\n· Experience with order processing, service coordination, or operational support.\n· Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service (desirable)\nPower Systems is the Rolls-Royce business which provides world-class power solutions and complete life-cycle support under our product and solution brand mtu.
