This role also provides leadership in supplier development, risk management, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.\nWhat you will be doing\nDevelop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing, contracts, and resolving quality or delivery issues to achieve material cost and inventory goals.\nAnalyze supplier cost and pricing data, benchmark competition, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and quality.\nDevelop Negotiation strategies within commodities for pricing, terms and conditions, and long term contractual agreements.\nManage projects from order to closeout, leading cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and ensuring timely completion through effective scheduling, risk, and commercial management.\nOversee procurement activities by reviewing MRP, maintaining part and PO data integrity, and ensuring timely delivery of components to meet production requirements.\nCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments and executive management, providing project updates, supporting order management, and facilitating issue resolution across the organization.\nBasic Requirements:\nAssociate’s degree in Business, or related field + 4 years of experience in procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management\nBachelor's degree in Business, or related field + 2 years of experience in procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management\nMaster’s degree in Business, or related field\nJD/PhD in Business, or related field\nIn lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management\nIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent.
