The trainee will be responsible for scanning documents, ensuring their quality and completeness, and collaborating with the relevant team members to ensure files are accurately archived and stored.\nMain Responsibilities\nScan physical loan files and related documents into the digital filing system.\nEnsure scanned documents are clear, legible, and meet quality standards.\nLiaise with team leader and other team members to ensure proper and timely archiving of digital files.\nOrganize scanned files and maintain accurate records to ensure ease of retrieval.\nAssist in managing the transition from physical to digital filing systems.\nEnsure that all files are archived according to company guidelines and data protection regulations.\nProvide support in maintaining a neat and orderly physical filing system for documents not yet scanned.\nKey Requirements\nMinimum High School Certificate (HSC).\nStudents studying towards degree are also welcome to apply (Business Management, Management,Finance.)\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.\nFamiliarity with scanning equipment and digital file management systems is a plus.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.\nThe company reserves the right to call only the best qualified candidates for the selection exercises.
