We value resilience, transparency, ownership, and customer devotion, and infuse these values into everything we do. \nWe’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Senior Media Intelligence Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality Media Intelligence services to Muck Rack clients.\nAs a Senior Media Intelligence Analyst, you’ll combine editorial judgment, media analysis, quality assurance, and operational ownership to deliver curated coverage reports, newsletters, executive digests, and other Media Intelligence services. You’ll play an important human-in-the-loop role within AI-supported and automated workflows, reviewing and refining outputs to ensure they meet client requirements and Muck Rack’s quality standards.\nYou’ll work closely with Customer Service, Sales, MI Solutions, Service Automation, and Information Technology teams to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and continuously improve the quality and reliability of our services.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the day-to-day delivery and quality of AI-supported Media Intelligence services, including curated coverage reports, curated newsletters, executive digests, and other client deliverables\nReview, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, editorial quality, and alignment with client requirements\nPerform hands-on editorial and analytical work, including summarizing media coverage, tagging and categorizing content, selecting relevant articles, and grouping related stories\nManage assigned services against established briefs, quality standards, and deadlines, proactively identifying and escalating risks that could affect delivery\nPartner with Customer Service to implement client requests and changes to ongoing Media Intelligence services\nCollaborate with Service Automation and Information Technology teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and support service and workflow improvements\nWork with Sales and MI Solutions on sample and trial services for prospective and existing clients\nUse internal systems to document issues, escalate unresolved requests, and follow through with relevant teams until resolution\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation, including client briefs and operational guides\nContribute to individual and team performance goals while helping maintain consistent quality across Media Intelligence services\nTo Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You'll Need to Have\n4+ years of relevant experience in media monitoring, media intelligence, media analysis, editorial operations, or a related field\nHands-on experience reviewing and validating media content, including summarization, content selection, categorization, tagging, or digest creation\nStrong editorial judgment and writing skills, with the ability to turn complex media coverage into concise, accurate, and useful summaries\nExperience independently managing recurring client deliverables or services, including requirements, deadlines, quality standards, and competing priorities\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying quality issues, resolving operational challenges, and improving processes\nExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with teammates and cross-functional partners\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively\nComfort working with automated and AI-supported workflows while applying strong human judgment and quality standards\nIf Any of the Below Also Describe You, This Could Be an Exciting Opportunity\nYou have experience with AI-supported editorial, media monitoring, content analysis, or quality-assurance workflows\nYou have experience analyzing media coverage across multiple markets, geographies, or languages\nYou have worked in a client-facing or service-delivery environment where accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery are critical\nYou enjoy investigating issues, identifying patterns, and finding ways to improve workflows and service quality\nYou have experience working across multiple teams to resolve operational or content-quality issues\nYou’re interested in how AI and automation can improve media intelligence workflows while maintaining strong editorial standards\nIn Addition, We're Always Looking for Candidates Who\nTake ownership of their work and follow through on commitments\nBring strong attention to detail while keeping the broader client need in mind\nCommunicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and functions\nApproach problems proactively and look for opportunities to improve how work gets done\nExercise sound judgment when balancing quality, speed, and client requirements\nAre comfortable working in an evolving environment where technology, automation, and human judgment work together\nProactively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery\nInterview Overview\nBelow you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role.
