users.\nThe role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort with complex workflows, and the ability to work deeply with data and stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Ops, and Engineering.\nKey Responsibilities\nCompliance Product\nContribute to the design and execution of:KYC, EDD, and periodic review workflows\n\nTransaction monitoring and screening systems\n\nCompliance dashboards and internal admin tools\n\nAlert review, escalation, and closure workflows\n\nAudit trails and regulator-ready reporting\n\nGeo-specific compliance enforcement and regulatory changes across user journeys\n\nTranslate regulatory and policy requirements into clear product requirements and workflows.\n\nData Security & Governance\nSupport product initiatives around:Role-based access control (RBAC) for internal tools\n\nData access controls, approvals, and visibility rules\n\nAudit logs for sensitive data access and actions\n\nData retention, masking, and deletion policies\n\nGovernance of analytics, dashboards, and internal reporting systems\n\nEnsure data access and usage is secure, auditable, and compliant with internal and external requirements.\n\nData & Analytics (Mandatory)\nUse SQL regularly to:Investigate compliance and risk issues\n\nValidate product behavior and data correctness\n\nMonitor compliance and risk metrics\n\nSupport audits and regulatory requests\n\nWork closely with data teams to define events, tables, and dashboards.\n\nUse data to drive decision-making and validate outcomes.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nConvert regulatory and risk requirements into PRDs, user stories, and workflows\n\nDefine edge cases, failure scenarios, and audit requirements\n\nWork closely with engineering teams during design, development, and rollout\n\nValidate releases using data and post-launch monitoring\n\nSupport internal stakeholders during audits and investigations\n\nBalance compliance rigor with business and user experience needs\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\n2-3 years of experience as APM, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst\n\nStrong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data\n\nExperience building or supporting internal tools or complex systems\n\nHigh attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills\n\nComfort working in regulated, high-risk, or high-compliance environments\n\nGood to Have\nExperience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services\n\nExposure to Compliance, Risk, Fraud, AML, or Data Governance\n\nExperience with dashboards, monitoring systems, or admin panels\n\nFamiliarity with audits, regulatory processes, or policy
